Welcome Nicola Odeide to Gratis Solutions

We are excited to announce that Nicola Odeide has joined Gratis Solutions as our new leader of OEM Relations and Strategic Partnerships.

Nicola brings more than 20 years of global automotive leadership experience spanning OEM strategy, dealer network development, automotive technology, luxury automotive brands, and emerging EV markets. Throughout her career, she has built and expanded strategic partner ecosystems across North America, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East, helping organizations strengthen manufacturer relationships, accelerate growth, and deliver innovative solutions to dealers and consumers.

Most recently, Nicola served as Director of OEM & Strategic Partnerships at Dominion DMS, where she led enterprise-level partnerships, aligned technology solutions with OEM objectives, and developed go-to-market strategies that increased dealer adoption and market share. Her extensive background also includes leadership positions with Lucid Motors, Global X-Sports Group, Alfardan Automobiles, Jaguar Cars, and Reynolds and Reynolds, providing her with a unique perspective that bridges manufacturers, dealerships, technology providers, and strategic business partners.

In her new role at Gratis Solutions, Nicola will focus on expanding and strengthening our relationships with automotive manufacturers, OEM partners, and industry stakeholders while developing strategic partnerships that support the continued growth of the techWALL® platform and the broader Gratis Solutions ecosystem. Her expertise in OEM collaboration, partner engagement, market expansion, and commercial strategy will be instrumental as we continue to innovate and deliver industry-leading solutions to our dealership partners.

Nicola's proven ability to align strategic vision with operational execution, combined with her passion for fostering long-term partnerships, makes her a tremendous addition to our leadership team.
